Suoi Tien

Image and video hosting by TinyPic

Suoi Tien is a grand amusement park in Vietnam. Known for its beautiful scenery and architecture, everything here is huge, bright and colorful. You'll find sculpted dragons, Buddha statues and pretty much anything about Vietnam's history and legends, as well as all the normal theme park attractions. If you want to take the perfect picture, this place is for you!

Suoi Tien is decorated in a sort of Disneyland-meets-Buddha aesthetic, a visual feast!

Vietnam

Ho Chi Minh City, formerly known as Saigon is the largest city in Vietnam. Ho Chi Minh city is ranked as the 3rd most expensive city of South-East Asia after Singapore and Hanoi. Truly a wonderful city with rich Vietnamese culture and traditions.

Beautiful photos of colorful Saigon for you to see. Tons ahead, enjoy!

The city's core is adorned with huge elegant temples and historical French colonial structures. We visited the popular sites like the majestic Giac Lam Temple, Reunification Palace, Notre-Dame Cathedral, Cho Lon as China Town and the busy Bến Thành market. Dining at The Deck, over looking the Mekong River and riding the cyclo solo was pretty amazing to appreciate more the beauty of Saigon.

I was totally surprised by the beauty of Ho Chi Minh City and even more dazzled by the deep history the city has to offer. Touring Vietnam with dearest mom was unforgettable. She fell in love with the city twice and I think I'll be back again to see the beach part of Vietnam with siblings. That'll be twice the fun!

Sorry for the long post and for being away forever. Will share other photos of my Vietnam tour next. I love that I blended so well, as usual I was inspired by the surroundings.

I am wearing a P30 thrifted cocktail leather dress, thrifted Chinese top worn as cape, mom's 10 year old vintage wood necklace, vintage bracelets, Vietnam hat, Fendi shades, Topshop ballerina flats, LV speedy 30

Yelle

I almost forgot about this nasty song, thanks to dear sister Vi routing to contagious French musics. So you'd know, I've been gathering some sleep debt which means my sleep account is totally negative as of tonight.

Also, I love the horrible lyrics in this song, as well as her cheesy sequined yellow smiley dress and that matchy matchy sequined dress/clutch she's sporting in this video. So magnifique!

Been missing for a month and I'm kinda liking it. Odd weather pushed me to go for out of town trips and pulled me back to splurged a lot on Topshop sale. Also did some thrift shopping, scored a leather cocktail dress and a cotton candy fur mini that goes so well with my newly bought Wisteria chiffon tie wedges in salmon color. I have tons of inspirational pieces to share, but laziness and out of town trips always seems to get in the way. By the way, matchy matchy clothes are somewhat creepy looking on me, noh? But I must admit, it's definitely starting to be my little crazy fascination lately!

Wearing a Versus Gianni Versace jacket, pleated Tartan skirt from Ireland, thrifted lace top, mom's vintage oval wood bag, vintage round tortoise shades, Tag Heuer gold watch, Jade bracelet from China, Forever 21 shoes, Vogue Russian magazine.

Sporting a bejeweled crop top underneath a sheer bodysuit, sleepwear shorts worn outdoors, matched with a monster shoes tested many times to grocery and shopping are somewhat out of the ordinary but surprisingly comfortable. Kinda missing landscape musings, but boyf's indoor shots are quite hypnotizing like this ala drop dead gorgeous accidental theme.

Thrifted P15 bejeweled velvet crop top (under), thrifted P10 sheer bodysuit (over), SM Department Store salmon satin sleepwear shorts, Forever 21 suede shoes

Snap of my weather inspired outfit I wore at the previous Glitterati event. Guess I'm one of the few who is lovingly inspired by a not so even landscape or odd climate and refer it to an outfit. Amazing how macro details can do magic. Like this window inspired look, for instance, that made me slightly Susie partly bubbly.

Thrifted P20 floor length dress tied to a mini, P15 thrifted sequined cardi made in India, gray stockings cut to socks, Mango shoes, mom's white gold with diamonds jewelries

Glitterati snaps from the fashion event I attended last Saturday at Members Only, The Fort Strip.
Their Luxe Line collection worn by inspirational fashion muses including Tricia, Lissa and Kookie are
some of Manila's favorite fashion bloggers. The event was amazing! Packed with beautiful people
together with Manila's stylish bloggers. Huge thank you to the hardworking, beautiful and glamorous
ladies of Glitterati, Joanna Ladrido and Nina Estacio.

Plus, how can I forget the fashionable bloggers that night! They are gazillion times nicer and trendier
in person. Mini chit chats and laughs with bloggers plus exciting Glitterati event equals to perfect party!
Kisses to Denise, Kookie, Tin, Bestie, Velire, Aisa, Liz, Lauren, Melai, Nicola, Paul, Mike and Karl.
I hope to see you again, stylish bloggers!

Will show my complete outfit on the next post, wearing a P15 thrifted sequined cardi, thrifted maxi dress
tied to a mini, mom's customized jewelries, DIY see-thru socks, Mango shoes.
